Privacy & booking information
Updated October 12, 2026. This notice covers the Metal Mix Blueprint coaching website and its call-booking flow, operated by Sebastian Sampson of Divine Mother Studios.
Information you provide
When you book, Calendly asks for your name, email address, appointment details, and answers to the booking questions. The current form asks about your recording experience, tools, production goals, outsourcing costs, age, country, and gender. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in free-text answers.
How booking information is used
Booking information is used to arrange and manage your call, understand your music and goals, assess whether coaching is a fit, and respond to your inquiry. Booking a call does not enroll you in the paid program.
Services on this website
Calendly provides scheduling, Google Drive provides the embedded testimonial videos, Google Fonts provides the typefaces, and OpenAI Sites hosts this website. These services may receive technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, and cookies, when their content loads. Their own notices explain their handling of that information: Calendly privacy notice, Google privacy policy, and OpenAI privacy policy. Calendly’s booking interface includes cookie settings.
Campaign links
Some links include campaign labels, such as “YouTube” or “Instagram,” so the source of a booking can be identified in Calendly. This site passes those labels to the booking service; it does not use a separate advertising pixel or custom analytics cookie.
Questions and requests
To ask about your booking information or request access, correction, or deletion, email mixing@divinemotherstudios.com. Include enough information to identify your inquiry. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and any records that need to be retained.
